We will meet with you whenever it suits you which includes outside of usual business hours and on weekends if you need us to so that you don’t have to take time off of work.

We will be on time for your appointments. We will be prompt with our services and return your phone calls and emails as soon as possible but always within 24 hours. We will get your legal work done promptly and immediately if you require work done urgently. We will be on time unless an emergency arises.
3. Availability
We will make ourselves available to you as much as possible by having a direct telephone line for each person working in our firm so that you can contact the person you need directly unless they are already on the phone or in a meeting with clients.

Lawyers are so often good at talking but don’t know how to listen. We are different. We will listen to you very carefully and really hear what you have to say.

We will have a friendly and positive manner, but we will also make sure we are completely honest with you about your legal situation, even if that is discouraging or difficult.
