Yorke Peninsula lawyers supporting local needs

Christmas is a time of year that we often take for granted.

We often find ourselves consuming unimaginable amounts of food, giving and receiving presents and spending time with our love ones. However, this time of year also highlights the trials and tribulations of those less fortunate than us.

At any given time, there are more than 100 homeless people living on the Yorke Peninsula. That is, more than 100 people within our community will be without the necessities this Christmas.

This confronting statistic will continue to rise with the increase in electricity, water and the general cost of living.

What can be done to help?

Kylie Mildwaters and Mildwaters Lawyers are involved in organising and packing Christmas Food Hampers on behalf of Uniting Care Copper Triangle. You can support Christmas Food Hampers by donating money or food to our office at 15 Taylor Street Kadina SA 5554.

All donations will have a monumental impact on those doing it tough in our community.

For more information, please feel free to contact the Mildwaters Lawyers office on (08) 8821 2199.
