On Time

We will be on time for your appointments, prompt with our services and return phone calls and emails, and carry out work immediately when urgent.

We will make ourselves available to you as much as possible by having a direct telephone line for each person working in our firm so that you can contact the person you need directly.

We will meet with you whenever it suits you which includes outside of usual business hours and on weekends if you need us to so that you don’t have to take time off of work.

We Listen

Lawyers are so often good at talking but don’t know how to listen.  We are different.  We will listen to you very carefully and really hear what you have to say.

We will have a friendly and positive manner, but we will also make sure we are completely honest with you about your legal situation, even if that is discouraging or difficult.

We follow the principle “ethics without compromise” meaning that we work as efficiently and effectively as possible to keep costs as low as we can for each client so you get value for money.

Up To Date

We will keep up to date with key areas of law so that we have the knowledge to provide you with the information you need.

Please note that we have implemented a number of new measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19
