Candice Light

Candice was born on the Eyre Peninsula and grew up in Ardrossan on the Yorke Peninsula, leaving only to complete a Bachelor of Science at Flinders University.

A changed direction saw her moving to a farm at Ward Hill where she helped with the farm whilst raising the elder two of her three children.

Returning to paid employment in 2006, she spent 15 years working in the Land Services industry in several roles.

More recently, Candice began specialising in the process of closing unmade roads on behalf of Local Governments and transferring ownership of them to the adjoining landowners.

Inspired to further her conveyancing knowledge, Candice is currently studying the Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing.

Candice joined the Mildwaters team as a conveyancing clerk and enjoys working alongside Anna to provide the best conveyancing experience for our valued clients.

When not at work or studying, Candice loves gardening and exploring Australia with her husband and youngest daughter in their caravan.
